Last Finals
The finals have gone well. I have done good on all the finals. I have the English and Algebra finals. I am prepared. My final thoughts are that it was a good school year.
Summer Break
I do not know what are plans for summer break. You can watch educational shows. One thing I am going to do is to not throw away my stuff from this year.
First Day of Finals
I have the critical research and Spanish finals. I did study for them. I studied by reviewing over study guides, and going over notes. I think I will get an A for both classes.
Final Essay
South Central has many good things about it. Some are the people that live here, and the different places. One thing that can be improved is the gang violence and the trash on the streets. Overall, I do like going to school here. The three most important events that had the greatest impact on making South Central, LA what it is today are the Watts Riots, crack epidemic, and Immigration.
The first important event were the Watts Riots. They started on August 11, 1965. The riots started with an angry crowd over an arrest. The watts riots are important because after the riots “White Flight” occurred. I chose it because if it did not happened maybe most of the white population would not of left.
The second event was the crack epidemic. The crack epidemic was during the 80’s. It started because of a war in Nicaragua. It is important because the crack epidemic ruined many lives. Also, the US introduced crack to the ghettos.
The third event is Immigration that has made South Central what it is today. There are two types of ways people immigrate. The first is pull effect, what pulls people to the US. The other is push effect, something that forces them out of their countries. Its important because many of these immigrants now live in South Central.
In conclusion these three events have made South Central what it is today. They are the watts riots, crack epidemic, and immigration. The watts riots and immigration have changed the diversity in South Central. The crack epidemic changed the people that live in South Central. I think South Central will change by the different people that live here.
Finals
I feel that I am prepared for the finals. I am ready for all the finals. I am not worried for none of them. I plan to study.
Teachers
I was able to talk to two teachers. Mr.B said that I should raise it up. Ms.Fields said that it should be an A and that I should do extra credit to raise it
10th Grade
I think I am prepared for 10th grade. I am because I did well in 9th grade. Another thing that has prepared me has been the intervention. Something that I need to work on going to office hours.

I think the end of the school year would look good academically. There are no classes that I have to retake. I think I will end it pretty good. I need to do any make up work.
Your Message
I think my message would be just because you live in a bad neighborhood does not mean you are bad. This would make the world better because it can stop the irrational judgments of people.
